Aljosha Henkel

I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the KOF Swiss Economic Institute at ETH Zurich. I have recently visited Rady School of Management at UC San Diego.

I use field and online experimental methods in combination with large administrative datasets to study research questions at the intersections of economics, psychology, and criminology. My current research projects cover topics like support for redistribution, public attitudes towards criminal justice policies, as well as mental wellbeing and reintegration of prisoners.

I am an Associate at Policy Analytics whose mission is to support organizations using rigorous evidence to design, test, and scale social programs and interventions that enable their clients to make better decisions for themselves and society.
